I had such a great experience at Evan Halshaw yesterday thanks to Leigh. From what started off as a really stressful morning with regards to my car he turned it right around. From the very first conversation I had with him over the phone right up until the end he was fantastic. I hadn?t had the best experiences in the past with Evan Halshaw and had very little faith or trust in Ford as a whole but Leigh has completely changed that. He was helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, all whilst being friendly, funny and super personable. Thanks to Leigh, Ford have managed to keep me as a customer and I hope that everybody I encounter at Ford in the future is as good as him. Can?t thank you enough Leigh!

I was looking to purchase a new car imminently - and from initial contact to driving away with my new Ecosport, Jules could not have been more professional or considerate of my needs. Displaying excellent customer service (and, in my opinion, an absolute asset to Evans Halshaw) and a friendly nature, I was able to take a test drive and leave with my new car within 2 hours. Absolutely diabolical service. Promised time and time again that a car that we?d put a deposit down for would be ready. Not once did they contact us - was always us contacting them for an update. Would never ever ever buy a car from here! Poor poor!
