Evans has a large amount of stock! They will have pretty much anything that you need. I went in for cycling gloves, and they had a wide selection. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the prices are pretty high.

A superb welcome: I arrived with a bike whose mudguard and luggage rack had been very poorly fitted and were not secure. The technician fixed this free of charge, saying that it was normal as it was a safety issue! Unfortunately, I don't live in Cardiff, otherwise Evans would definitely have become my go-to shop.

Sophia was great, got out every type of bike my little girl liked - different sizes and styles. She was patient and even gave us time to chat amongst ourselves, no pressure to buy. Highly recommend.

We were in Cardiff City Centre when the rear wheel of my Cube electric bike suddenly blew out whilst we were sat nearby enjoying a coffee on a hot day.
On arrival at the shop we were quickly seen by Chris who had a new inner tube fitted within half hour. Chris was very helpful and friendly. If only all shop staff were so helpful efficient and friendly!
Whilst waiting my wife bought some cycling clothes in the sale and Chris was able to check online stock for her to order shorts in the sale for home delivery.
I was also very impressed by the stock of bikes, and other equipment in the shop.
Thanks ever so much, Chris, for sorting my bike and getting us going again. Much aporeciated!

Went to Cardiff shop & bought my daughter Trek bicycle, paid cash £475.
I told the girl I wanted a Medium size - she insisted on a Small size frame.
Literally no instruction of gears or the new method of quick release wheel design -
On collection after bike safety check ha- ha !
Front brake rubbing the disc calliper pads ,
Brake levers set too high and rear reflector not straight ! Bike saddle not set to my daughters height UNTRUSTWORTHY STAFF

Have been to Evan?s Cycles a couple of times for various issues with my bike and they have always been very helpful and quick in their repairs. Would recommend!

Amazing people! Two gentlemen saved the day, what turned out to be a horrid day due to falling off my bike, they fixed it for me and sent me on my way again! Honestly will be using this shop from now on for my bike! Very lucky that they saved the day! Thanks guys!! You really helped turn my day better!

They are thieves. Money was taken from me. A friend of mine bought it by mistake. Then he returned it to me to replace it. He told me, ?You don?t have anything. Go from here.? I was going to call the police, but I don?t like problems.
