Make a order on 26/jun paid express next day delivery guest what not even 2 hours after i placed the order i received my brand new alternator i install the part into my bmw 3 series everything works as it should so far i just wanna say masive thanks to all of you guys even the delivery driver I'm still in shock at how quick u handle that order thanks again !!!

Unfortunately this is the way many companies are going. All chat bots and not able to speak woth a person at the store.
I ordered and paid for express delivery, its been 3 working days and still no item. No update except order processing and you can't call anyone because you get backhanded into using there website. Then on the website it doesn't answer your question so you get to speak with a chat bot. I then sent an email, to which the reply wasn't much help, then you can even reply to the email as its a noreply account. Absolute shambles. Just have a working phone where you can speak to someone at the local store, I don't want to deal with someone 300 miles away!!

Bought a starter motor for my volkswagen t4, fitted it all I got was a grinding noise.... phoned ECP cardiff branch was told as fitted and not in salable condition I can't return for a refund - disgusting service- I used YOUR reg checker and you sold me a part that didn't work, now -£120 out of pocket and no closer to a running van.

I needed Wipers so I Called Ocean way in Cardiff and they said they had some in. I asked if they could fit them for me which they couldnt but said once I arrive they?ll find someone to show me how to fit them. I think there not insured to touch my car which was fine. So I arrived and Greta on the desk told me no we dont do that. I wouldn?t have bothered driving down here if that was the case.
