Had excellent service in the past but this past week was disgusted with the front person. They were busy will give them that but was asked to return at a certain time and our names were taken. But when we returned a few minutes before our appointment our name wasn't down. Apart from that people walked in and we're seen after us with no appointments I could see. We were waiting past our said appointment and we needed to get to the toilet urgently so had to leave without our needs being met

Tried getting a phone repaired, it was near the end of it's warranty and they made it as difficult as possible as well as having my phone listed as "in repair" so I had to come back another day and after going there several times already, I got bored of wasting my time just for EE to come up with another reason why they'd be wasting my time that day.

Visited the Queen St store recently. What a positive experience. My dogs were allowed in the store and it was more of a coffee shop ambience. Having had years of misery with Vodafone and various problems this was a truly great transaction. Thank you to Olivia for her help and guidance. I will return (from London) when my upgrade is due..Well done EE.

My recent experience at the EE store left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I visited the store to get a replacement eSim for my newly purchased iPhone from Apple. Unfortunately, I couldn't activate the eSim myself online as it required a text message, which I couldn't receive. The day before, I had tried to resolve the issue by contacting the online tech team, who advised me to visit the EE Store the next day. I arrived at the store without an appointment and was informed there would be a wait of 20-30 minutes due to its busyness, which I understood and accepted.However, the actual waiting time turned out to be 1 hour, which was longer than expected. What frustrated me was that many staff members appeared idle, either smoking vapes outside or engaging in conversations amongst themselves. When a team member finally attended to me, I was informed that my driver's license was not an acceptable form of identification, and I needed to have a passport with me, a requirement I was not previously made aware of. Carrying a passport around is uncommon and inconvenient, and the staff member's response to this issue was rather rude and inflexible. I was told that leaving to retrieve my passport would result in losing my place and having to wait another hour upon my return. Consequently, I had to call my wife to bring my passport.After my wife returned with the passport, I endured an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting. During this time, the staff continued to engage in gossip and complain about customers right in front of me. Given the extended wait, I had to use the restroom due to a bladder condition. I explained my situation to the staff, hoping for some understanding. However, I was directed to go to M&S to use their toilets, but I was warned that I would lose my place in the queue if I left. Consequently, I had to call my wife again to hold my place while I rushed to the restroom. Regrettably, I ended up wetting myself due to the long wait.Upon my return, I had to wait even longer until the manager finally decided to address my issue. I was grateful that she recognized the extent of my wait, but the process dragged on because staff members kept approaching her with unrelated matters, dividing her attention. Moreover, I found it quite rude when I was asked about my income and housing situation, as these questions were entirely unrelated to resolving my issue.Finally, after a lengthy wait, my eSim was activated on my new phone. However, I was asked if I wanted to purchase broadband, which felt inappropriate given the previous experiences. I thanked the manager for resolving my issue but left the store with a bitter impression of how EE treats its customers.In summary, my visit to the EE store was marred by a lack of efficiency, unhelpful staff, and a disregard for customer needs. The extended wait, coupled with unprofessional behavior from the staff, left me with a negative perception of the company's customer service.

Only giving 1 star as I can't give less. I've been an ee customer for 20 yrs. Today I tried to activate my roaming pass as im off on hols and they've told me because I've upgraded my sim deal it's been removed. Absolutely shocking way to treat loyal customers. They now want me to pay to use my phone abroad. Be very careful when you upgrade any phone plan with ee. Soon as my contract is up I'll be leaving.

I nipped in on Friday and was served by a friendly team member called Paige. This young lady is a credit to your team. She was very helpful with my enquiry and processing my repair. My repair was sorted within 24 hours and on collecting my phone Paige was there and got it for me as soon as she was free. I would highly recommend your shop based on my experience.
