The actual store experience was fine but I was given a ?freebie? take to room of choice but the delivery team knew nothing of this so was stuck with a heavy box in the living room with 2 small grandkids running round. Don?t give freebies if they can?t be honoured.

I had been dreaming of having a new bed for so long, you know it?s good to dream because dreams come true. Recently I purchased a new bed one where you can lift up and have lots of storage space so that?s wonderful in itself when you don?t have much storage room. Then there?s the mattress the one you don?t want to leave in the morning, you can dream away until you realise you have to leave the luxury of your bed. So I would like to say a huge thank you to Joshua for talking me into buying the best bed ever. What a guy, so polite, not pushy an asset to the dreamy world of beds

Fair play, Joshua knocked it for 6, polite and attentive without being pushy. Perfect mattress at a perfect price point. If this lad can't do you a deal you aren't there shopping, you're shop lifting! 10/10 ?

Visited for the first time today at your Newport road branch in Cardiff. I wanted to try my next mattress, so didn?t want to order anything online.
I wasn?t a fan of the ?sales environment? type feel here. I just wanted to have a walk around, find something within my budget, lie on it and order it. Instead the young man, who although was welcoming, made me feel like I was going through a sales process. It may suit some people but it made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe scrapping targets and commission would solve this. No fake friendliness or sales patter, just someone to help when you need it and give you freedom to have a look around.

Bed is causing us alot of pain whilst member of staff was helpful I would not recommend buying here. What was delivered is not anything like what was in store there are numerous reviews on dreams to testify this. Now we can exchange but are being very selective with which one we get as we only get one chance. I think we will try a silent night as we have slept on one before for the last year and was very comfortable. I have no faith in the dreams real life mattress that get delivered and would hate for any young couples moving in their first place together to have the same experience as us.
Finally they may say it needs to be broken in and other excuses but there have countless saying they have had the same problems with mattress being rock hard a year after buying. Whilst normally yes some settling time is needed I still don't trust dreams products themselves to give us a restful night.

So we went in to have a look for a new mattress. Right from walking in the Newport Rd store, browsing and trying out the mattresses it was all a nice experience. Mark who showed us around and advised us on each one we looked at, was very knowledgeable and never pushy as some are in these places. Yes we did order a new one and it was also in the sale so even better.
5 stars all round.

Great service from Tracey, Newport Road? Cardiff store. She welcomed us on arrival and even made us a cup of coffee. We were offered the sleep machine to better understand what type of mattress we required and then shown varieties of mattresses in different price ranges. Once we found our mattress Tracey then explained about Bed Frames and Divan bases. We were very happy with our choices and Tracey was so helpful and friendly throughout. She is an assest to the team. ?

Visted this store today and just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Tracey. She was so welcoming and understanding as I am a very nervous person and I?m quite particular with what I want as I suffer with autism. After spending quite a bit of time with me and understanding what I was looking for Tracey was absolutely amazing and helped me find the perfect matress. I cannot thank her enough for how comfortable she made me feel this afternoon. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

We had top class service offered tea coffee,
used the Sleepmatch technology that analysed our bodies to see how we sleep tried nearly all the mattresses in the showroom and picked our perfect match thanks to Joshua.

I visited the store and ordered beds with my wife in early May. Pamela offered excellent service, was very friendly and helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Now we are waiting for the delivery and our dreams come true.
