I came in with what I assume are regular issues for a 30+ year old, bad back and hips due to a sunken Simba mattress. Stacey couldn't have been more helpful. She talked me through the sleep match Machine, and then proceeded to show me the options and even provided a pillow to get the true experience. She spent a fair amount of time with me while I tried 5 odd mattresses and at no point did I feel like I was an inconvenience or any pressure to purchase. A genuinely good experience and I even got a cuppa out of it!

This is our third visit to the store and on each case we have had excellent / professional service - this time from Stacey. She clearly had excellent product knowledge and through use of the in-store technology also helped direct us to suitable mattress options. There was no hard-sell at any point and we were offered refreshment services during our visit. We were pleased to buy a bed and mattress for delivery to another address in the South East. Although we thought this might be challenging nothing was too much trouble. Overall an excellent experience.

Visted Dreams in Cardiff today 28/7/2025 To look for a new bed frame. Within a few minutes we were greeted by a lovely vivacious, warm and very nice lady called Andrea. We were not sure what we were looking for, but Andrea came with a nice approach and attitude and determined to find a good quality bed frame we would be happy to order.. Andrea you did a wonderful job finding the right one!!. The quality and price was spot on. We would give you 10 /10 And a Gold star if possible ? ??. We had a really positive experience in Dreams today while we were buying my son a new bed. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative but also gave us time to browse. We were delighted with the bed and mattress combination and felt that they made every effort to secure the best value for money for us. I would thoroughly recommend.
