Ordered my usual (same order for the last lord knows how many years). Order was delivered and was on a ryvita (thin and crispy) rather than Italian.
I called the restaurant and the man asked if I wanted a replacement sent out (at this time, it was gone midnight), so offered a replacement next time - which I accepted.
I called this evening to request the replacement. When I got home, the meat was still raw. I called the restaurant again to say that the replacement pizza was raw (95%) meat. I was advised that it was because there was no cheese on the pizza (I?m lactose intolerant and have never had cheese on any of the pizza I have had from there since the restaurant opened!).
They offered to replace the pizza, so I headed back to the restaurant with pizza in hand.
When I arrived at the restaurant, the replacement pizza was placed on the counter. I opened the lid and the meat still wasn?t cooked (chicken, ham and sausage were all still soft). I asked to speak to the manager, I showed him the pizza and the soft meat. The response was ?well it?s been cooked twice!? So I proceeded to show him that all the meat was still raw. His response was ?what do you want me to do about it?!?
That?s great customer service. They have destroyed a customer relationship of many years, where an order value is generally between £40-£50 per order.
I will never use this restaurant again, when I can get delivery from Domino Canton!

Ordered a pizza and expected a wait as it was lunchtime. Pizza was delivered within half hour, piping hot by a really polite man (Darran). Tastes incredible - thank you so much!
