Placed an order. With expected delivery of 30 minutes, arrives just after 50 and the food is cold. Ring to complain and they agree to send out a new one, wait over an hour for the 2nd one just for it to also be cold. Great job.

The order arrived late after it said it had been delivered, the order was cold so I sent it back, but when the delivery driver arrived he also spilled the garlic and herb dib all over my porch and up the wall. So I placed an order on the date above at around 18.15, and the driver started to ring me at around 19.52 struggling to find my address (even though I have my full address registered with you and had written additional notes to help!)
