Has to be the worst domino franchise in the country. Attitude from the staff there is diabolical. Made me order a pizza and then refused to give me garlic dips. Seem to have a smirk on his face when he told me too!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. My boyfriend and I ordered three sides and a pizza. The delivery guy dropped parts of the order off, said he forgot the wedges and would only be a 5 minute drive until he was back. We waited for over half an hour and then the shop decides to tell us that he wasn?t coming back and that they?d refund just the wedges he had forgotten. At this point every other piece of food was stone cold and our time wasted. They were no help over the phone, would not let us speak to the manager and kept putting us on hold to avoid speaking to the manager. I would seriously recommend not eating here. If I could give 0 stars I would. A seriously flawed and poorly managed branch that really should be shut down

Restaurant didn?t pass delivery details to driver. Driver then proceeds to incorrectly follow directions to the correct drop off. Gets angry for 30minutes on the phone and threatens to just give up and go back to the store. When he finally arrives starts shouting and dropping expletives. Pretty unprofessional when you?ve ordered £250 worth of food.
Absolutely would not recommend this store.

Very bad service un experience staff they got no clue what they doing they need a someone teach them how to service I waited 15 outside for my food while it was ready but stupidly forgot my order apparently. Some idiots works there

Delivery driver handed my pizza to me upside down and also they made both pizzas wrong by putting mushrooms on them. Doughballs had no cheese, just pepperoni, and were very dense.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant while waiting for a takeaway. Highly unprofessional staff and the manager both of whom assured me that I will receive my refund ASAP as my food was forgotten about while I stood right in front of their faces. In the end I had to leave without any food and I haven't received any refund either.I even rang the store to confirm that I would be issued a refund and I was told yes of course but nothing as of yet and its been a week.Basically, I am not going to dominoes again. I would recommend PIZZA GOGO instead which is around the corner.
