In the past 2 months I order food from this store order turned up with missing ingredients like for example chocolate dough balls i received twice without chocolate just plain dough balls. Answer from manager of the store was sorry it won't happen again but it did . Now I ordered half and half pizza but ingredients on it come nothing like what I ordered. So afte this i called the store and had another unpleasant experience talking to manager where he was reading my order and he got it right.? but why my pizza is something else. 3*** food is good but service not worth the money for pizza.

Delivery has been always quick is a positive, however 8 out of 10 orders are wrong. I always order half and half and its all the time something missing or incorrect. It gets to a point where it puts us off from ordering here.. Had issues with the discount they give for wrong orders, that was last year and still no discount for their mistakes and no improvement in the service.. Might be the last order I place now with Dominos.

Never had a problem with this store until yesterday. I ordered a meal deal with my younger sister who was really hungry, so I thought I would treat her with dominoes. Ordered it at 5pm and it came around 5:30pm. No problem whatsoever until I realised they have given us someone else?s pizza but had the right sides. Phoned the store straight away and they apologised and immediately said they would remake it. 1 hour later, still havnt received it, so I rang again to which they stated they were very busy but it?s still being made. Fair enough, I understand it gets busy and it?s hard to work through constant orders. Given the benefit of the doubt, I?ve waited another hour to which I am now frustrated with a hungry sibling, so I rang again 3rd time lucky stated I wanted a refund which they gave £20 back in credit, baring in mind the order cost me £30, and they said the driver had left and is on route. So given that I waited once more hour and the driver still hadn?t arrived. It was now 8:30pm when I ordered at 5pm. In anger, I had express my frustration to the next call I made to the store which I was now speaking to the manager on shift that day and he did more then the 3 other people I spoke to on the phone. He expressed his apologises and stated the driver is still on route an hour later? When I live 5 mins away from the store. It didn?t make any sense. So he remade my whole order from medium to a large and he personally delivered it straight to me within 20 minutes. All that waiting and frustrated could?ve been avoided. I was at the point now that I wasn?t even hungry anymore but it fed my sister at least. I don?t usually write reviews but I hope that this can reflect on the workers there that they need more training on dealing with wrong orders and not forget about them which I believe I was for almost 4 hours.

I had placed a collection order only to find when arriving at the store I'd placed it for the wrong store.
Casey the young man who served me was so accommodating, kind and helpful in sorting the matter out and going above and beyond despite it being my own fault. Helping a really stressed mum out and making my day a lot easier.

Tom delivered our food tonight and he was a very polite and caring guy, complemented mine and my girlfriend?s food choices and even asked how our day was going. Amazing lad seems like the type of person to run into a burning building to save a poor cat. Would definitely recommend ordering purely to just meet Tom. 5/5 for Tom 4/5 for the food.

Walked into the shop and stood at the front desk waiting to place my order. I must of been invisible because the no one served me for 10mins, serving two customers that came In behind me. The lady on the front desk continued take orders on the phone. That happened about 3 times. So I literally stood out side the door and rang and placed my order, from outside. I then walked back in the store. and took a seat. After about 15 minutes I went to the front desk and was ingorned by all staff for another 5 mins, being the only person in the shop. Finally someone came from the back of the kitchen and gave me my pizza's. The women on the front desk only decided to acknowledge me when she needed to make payment. I understand that it was busy at the time but the totally disrespect to walk in customers, is a complete disgrace.
