I've never received such incredible service. My contact Ty has managed to sort me out when no other supplier could. He goes above and beyond to get me anything I need at fantastic prices.I don't usually leave feedback, but Digi4u and specifically Ty really deserve it. I've been in the industry 10 years, and never had someone who genuinely wants my business to grow like Ty. He goes above and beyond. Such a good range of high quality products aswell.Can't recommend enough.

I would not use this company received a phone screen from them today put it on my phone it turns on turned straight off now will not turn on I put my old screen back on and still won?t turn on there screen has killed my phone, when I rang them to tell them and see what could be done I had the phone put down on me from a very rude lady I will be contacting trading standards and I will be contacting my solicitor also as this is totally unacceptable, trying to tell me to go and put my phone in a shop I WILL BLACKLIST YOUR COMPANY?Seeing as I cannot reply to your reply I?ll put it on hereI?ve just spoken to a gentlemen, he escalated straight to the line manager now if I was you I?d be careful on what you say your colleague is telling me I have to go through to Amazon as it isn?t your issue when we all know you got to the manufacturer as it is there issue NOT amazons! More to the point when I tel your colleague I will take further action I get the reply you do what you need and then she hangs up constantly telling me how to replace a phone screen which I already know even the gentleman on the phone said you have new employees who obviously need extra training.I would like my phone replaced as your product has damaged my phone or I will simply put the in for the repairs needed which will cost more than the phone then I will have the bill sent directly to your company, or I will go to a small claims court at the exspense on your company I have spoken to a solicitor and they have confirmed this is a case as my phone was working perfectly fine before I put your screen on! And also being the owner why don?t you actually ring me you have my contact details so please do.So I have seen your reply and I have tried to contact 6 times today with no answer at all for you to say I haven?t give any details is incorrect I gave the gentleman who phoned me the order number my address and my contact details he escalated this to the line manager I was told Friday I would hear something today and guess what I still haven?t heard anything your company needs to contact me to resolve this and sort something out or I will look at legal action against the company this is damage to my product not yours
