I sent a package to Trinidad and I must say I had an exceptional experience at this location. The gentleman was so patient and very professional. We had some technical difficulties and he ensure that he got the information necessary to rectify the problem. He definitely make me highly recommended DHL for shipping. The member of staff who served me went out of his way to ensure my return parcel was shipped. He made a number of phone calls in order to sort out some problem with the shipment and was patient and very gracious throughout.
