Asked them to text when 1 stop away - Didn't get a textThey went round the back of the house to the patio door. Took a photo and left a card.Would it not be easier to just go to the front door and ring the bell like a normal person?I tried ringing the numbers on their website - all of them just repeat the same thing and hang up.

Parcel has been in the depot for 5 days, went to collect it and was told that I would receive it tomorrow ( Saturday ) as a upgraded service although it should have been delivered on the previous Tuesday. And guess what, still in depot with no sign of delivery.Disgusting service from DHL and staff at this depot in taffs well South wales. Fire the lot of them and employ better staff.

Waited 10 days for parcel delivery.When enquired where it was told tried to deliver twice unsuccessfully.Both days was working from home with car in the drive and porch open.No calling card or email.Now the parcel has gone back to the originator.Thanks a lot DHL!

Had to go to the depot, after driver failed to deliver, then was turned away and had to return with my mother in law as the parcel was addressed to her, just deliver the parcel in the first place!!!!

Although we were out when DHL tried to deliver our package and then had to pick it up from the the Taff 's Well depot. I was greeted by a very professional gentlemen who was extremely, courteous friendly, and efficient.Thank you DHL

Tried to drop off a parcel but they can't accept a DHL express parcel, apparently the express part means it has to be dropped off at a newsagent or similar store. It's obviously not the fault of the staff here but you'd think the company would be able to accept regular DHL parcels and express parcels in their main depot.

Disguisted!!! No parcel as it stated next day and 4th day still no delivery. First 2 days due to delays in traffic and once again because of the timing towards end of there shift they can't be bothered to deliver so once again no delivery.

Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Staff super helpful. My package wasn?t due for delivery until Monday but they quite happily let me collect it the Saturday before.

Parcels are delivered battered and that's when they do finally arrived. Constantly told that parcels will be delivered on a certain day only to be told it's delayed and will be delivered they following day, only for it not to turn up. The online tracking site is a joke.

Absolutely shocking!Out of all the deliveries I?ve received over the years this services is possibly the worst and would never recommend.I paid for next day delivery as it was an urgent resupply of my employees uniforms but 2 days that?s extending onto 3 we still haven?t received anything. I?ve called the main customer service line for DHL and asked them to refund me and to call the depot to expect me today (as I can?t personally call the depot)? he fired back with ask for a refund once you receive your delivery and then he said he couldn?t get through to Cardiffs depot? 3 days later and my lads still haven?t been able to go to site due to inadequate uniform costing me over £600 in wages that I still have to pay !Just 3 words for DHL Cardiff -Shocking, incompetent and untrustworthy.Don?t waste your money on this company if you have an important delivery as they can?t provide what they say.
