I recently visited Cardiff Decathlon as I was looking to get some advice on buying a new bike. A shop assistant went and got Stuart to help me. He was really busy in the workshop but gave me his time and advice and answered all the questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and obviously very experienced, which gave me a lot of confidence. He?s a real asset to your store. He seemed to be the person the other staff went to for help too.

I needed help with selecting a new bicycle at the Decathlon, Cardiff store. It was very quiet on the shop floor but then a very helpful person appeared and rushed over to help. Nothing was too much trouble for him. So helpful and polite. I think his name was Raj. Needless to say, I bought a bike! Just went into your store in culver Tesco Cardiff. What can I say I was served by a guy called will. He was so helpful. Helped me with my order and even offered to drop it to my address on his way home when it gets delivered to store.Excellent customer service.He deserves recognition for great customer service

Abysmal customer service, don?t even bother replying on WhatsApp during open hours. I?ve purchased a bike and they haven?t given me a tracking number that actually works, the bike has now gone a whole day past it?s latest delivery date with no sign of the bike, a decent response, a tracking number, nothing?!I hope to see this poor experience turned around and have the bike delivered asap.

Worst decathlon store I've been in!I've travelled the UK, France, Spain.Staff in those stores were brilliant over faulty kit. Exchanged the kit, chatted about my trips raising money for veterans charities.Manager Gavin has ZERO product knowledge.Carries a chip larger than the titanic.Unhelpful, then berates the customer for voicing their feelings. I pointed out his attitude over wanting more proof of purchase than showing bank account and transaction was ridiculous, as we are helping out and camping at a charity 120miles from where we live.He has triggered my ptsd and other mental illnesses suffered through my service.I now have to travel home, go through a bag of receipts for the piece of kit we have, then drive to another store to exchange the product... and THEN drive all the way back to the venue.It could have all been so simple, but due to gavin.
