Way over priced compared to amazon. Staff were pleasant but personal hygiene needs to be addressed with some staff especially when they stand that close.

Places like curries won't be around for too long. Trying to get through on the phone is impossible. You get through to some National phone number where they start asking you about gas leaks and broken products that you may have bought from them. I just wanted to get a charger and as the shop is out of town it was important that I rang first. Unable to get through so no good to me.

Muhammed Dinar was a superb help, really friendly and had exceptional customer service. Would really recommend finding him in store for help as he is very knowledgeable and kind. a great asset to the store!
Curtis was also very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing cameras and for his customer service, very helpful and very pleased with his guidance and advice, a great member of the store and would recommend asking for him in store!

1 person on a till struggling with a customer warranty request on what looks like 5 items while there is a queue of 6 of us waiting

What an unpleasant experience we?ve just had at your Newport Road branch. Your salesman, Dilash, was continually trying to upsell items we did not want or indeed need. We said NO to these roughly about seven times. He was even adding extras on without even consulting us. It?s a good job we were vigilant noticing these extras. This salesman treated us very rudely indeed. Not recommended at all.

When you buy from them they are happy but when you need it to be fix they do not
fix it properly and they just make it worse.

I went into buy a few different computing electronics. The selections varied enormously, from a good range of keyboards and external memory drives, to a particularly poor selection of microphones (which were also quite expensive when compared to other options I have seen in other shops and online). Staff were helpful with advice.

As usual the service is terrible. A few hard working staff will do anything for you but the majority have developed the 1000 yard stare. The ability to see past everyone who needs help. They are happy to sit back and let the good people drown. I watched as a member of staff in the phone section try and serve 5 sets of customers whilst 6 members of staff watched from by the entrance talking. One even stood there in a green vest with happy to help on the back. There's not an iota of helpfulness in the man. When I finally gave in and left the store I walked past him and asked why no one went over to help the otherguy. He said in a loud voice I should wait my turn. So helpful. Think I will buy my stuff online.

Visited this store to buy a new washing machine, had a lovely lady who was full of information, on a number of machines, with her help I bought one , it was delivered 3 days later and plumbed in and the old one taken away to recycle at a cost,
