Absolute joke of a Doctors fist issues you?ll be met with is the only was is Essex call hander who will make out she can?t hear you but if tell her to speak proper all of a sudden the line is clear lol , the doctors are useless they can?t even get a referral right you?ll find your self waiting over an hour past your appointment time the all around attuitde from them receptionists is a joke if you can?t deal with people get a new job there?s no need for you to make it so difficult to get an appointment no matter what the reason you?ll be met with is that is ?Check the reviews this place is a clear danger to its patients they need to be investigated before some one dies fromThe neglect and lack of care

Went multiple times, given blood tests and was Misdiagnosed with ?growing pains? and prescribed wrong medication called naproxen, the doctor was so bad that they had saved my life as the wrong medication caused abdominal pains which made me go to A&E to be diagnosed with burkitt lymphoma. Can?t remember name of Doctor but was a woman with Bob cut and fringe.

Absolutely useless. I called at 15:00 and they just said that I have to call back the next day. And that they only schedule day by day, so If I want to speak to someone I have to call at 8 to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for the slim chance of talking to someone.

I called my GP this morning at 8am to have an emergency appointment, I was first in the queue! Since they didn't pick up I started walking over there, 35min, still no answer. When I got there the lady in reception wasn't busy with any other calls and the phones where off. They said they couldn't see me.. I have an allergy and my eyes and face swelling..awful experiencie, I better find another medical centre. Def do not recomend!!Today I called again. Complete different experience. Someone spoke to me straight away and gave me an app for the next 30min. The GP, Dr. Quarry, was amazing, I felt listened and that he cared. I left wishing I could always be treated by him.I guess it depends on the day the experience you are going to have in this clinic? It shoudn't be like that really..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!.Absolutely awful and useless GP. Misdiagnosed me with IBS for months when i had ovarian cancer, ignored me and when i complained they apologised but said that it?s good it was caught early?? as if that makes up for me losing my left ovary and fallopian tube at the age of 17??? insensitive and completely tone deaf. receptionists are okay with me (i was born and raised here) but extremely rude and disrespectful towards my mother who has a slight accent. HORRIBLE mental health services, been waiting for more than 6 months to see a mental health specialist when they know I have had cancer and i am extremely suicidal. worst GP i have ever been to, I don?t know how the doctors are qualified, seems more like a circus than a GP.

It has the slowest and longest automated message one has to endure to get through. Good staff though and generally ok to get appointments.

I've recently requested my complete medical history from this surgery only to find that on occasion that I've asked to see a specialist, it gets to the point that the surgery needs to contact me to arrange an appointment and in the notes the doctor claims to have left two messages and then marked me an unresponsive.This was done of two separate occasions.I have NEVER received a message from the doctor so they are flat out lying. If it's a matter of funding then say so, and I will understand. If you've been told to cut the number of patients who get to see mental health specialists, say so and I will understand. The NHS is underfunded and the mental health sector criminally so. To do it this way brings the attention to the clinic rather than the money hungry politicians. Now, my faith in this clinic to even do the job they've sworn to do has been shaken and if I could I would move surgeries. But this is the only one I can get to without hurting myself. Almost sounds like I need to see a specialist, huh?

Receptionists are incredibly rude and dismissive, but the doctors I?ve had experience with are great, it?s just a shame that the first point of contact is incredibly negative.

I have been with this surgery for at least 30 years, since the recent change in staff the front line service from the receptionists is extremely poor. The attitude of the receptionist Allana leaves a lot to be desired.

Doctor there are lazy and incapable of doing their jobs especially dr vickers 10 days to get a phone appointment 15 days wait for a blood test appointment which I had to ring and ask what?s going on, just because she is to lazy to send it or maybe has an issue with my surname!!

Reception staff are rude and incompetent they have a duty of care and should be more careful dealing with vulnerable people and situations abit of empathy would go a long way went to visit today Dr vickers phone rang and she ignored it but seemed to want me out as quick as possible and just advised take paracetamol did not look through any of my records etc I think Google is probably better than visitingThis doctors

Dr Everest is absolutely amazing, has always been happy to listen and explains everything so clearly. His care has really changed my life.The reception staff can be brisk at times, but they're ok.I'd recommend avoiding Dr Vickers at all costs though and she's the reason I've taken a star off my review. She's in the past attempted to take me off medications that other GPs have told me I'll likely need to be on for life. Incorrectly informed me that "most women have no adverse reaction to the contraceptive pill". Completely dismissive of any the concerns I had regarding it. On a physical exam she completely missed my kidneys, and I had to pretend she was pressing on them to get any care for my issue.I absolutely refuse to see her again, she's dismissive and doesn't care about women's issues at all. If I'm booking regarding them, I'll actively ask for a male doctor to make sure I don't see her.

This is a very below average GP. I have been with them for a number of years now and they do have 1 or 2 good GPs that take you seriously, however the other staff are quite rude. They are also not flexible when it comes to prescribed meds. They initially referred my prescription to the pharmacy below them, but this pharmacy has really awkward opening times and as I now work far away its hard for me to get there without booking time off. As I only receive 30 of my meds at a time this means I need to go each month which would use all my AL. I called them to advise of this issue and they said they can't send the prescription anywhere other than somewhere local but suggested I cancel with the pharmacy below, pick up my prescription from them and find another local place to them that has better opening times, then advised me of their email for this with no additional info. A week after I emailed to order the prescription I heard nothing, so I called. The lady on the phone said my prescription was there and waiting. I asked why I did not get a response confirming this and she responding quite blunt and with a slight laugh saying they get thousands of emails so they do not respond to them.. This is evidence of how little they invest into automated admin, as it does not cost anything to set up auto responses when an email is received and one could be setup for when a prescription is ready without adding additional effort to the admin staff. This lack of empathy and lack of short term work to long term investment is why I would not recommend this place. Unless they look to update their processes and customer service, they cause more stress at present than what its worth going to them.

During the pandemic the staff and doctors have been fantastic. E consult is amazing and I can always get hold of a doctor. Thank you all so much.
