Jackie and her colleagues at the Salisbury Road branch of Mail Boxes etc packaged, wrapped and insured it all for me at a very reasonable rate. When the fragile parcel arrived, the buyer complemented the care and attenion taken in wrapping and sending it. I'll definitely be using these guys again if/when I have a similar requirement. :-)”

I was able to speak to Dragon personally and immediately and arrangements were made to pick up form my house and details were given for the time and place for the drop off. I was worried about handing over payment and a passport (I didn't ask for a receipt) but the passport arrived at its destination on time and I received text confirmation from Dragon when it arrived.
