As a senior citizen, it was a delight to be served by Denuwan yesterday in the Tesco Mobile section at this store. He patiently explained all I needed to know about the phones available. I did make my choice fully understanding what I was buying. He went over and above I am sure what his job entails. All I have to do is wait for the changeover... today ! Thank you so much Denuwan, so very much appreciate your help. I will certainly be recommending you to my friends.

Can buy alcohol at 920 in the evening but can't on a Saturday but can't buy cigarettes in-store or in the garage

Mostly helpful staff. Some prices on the high side. A good range of products. I'm appreciating the Tesco Extra near me. (Western Avenue, Cardiff) I'll definitely keep using, in conjunction with Lidl and Aldi's.

Vanessa working today 23/09/24 at 9.30pm, deserves a pay rise she went above and beyond to help the customer next to me on the self-service tills, he was short on cash so she paid out of her own pocket. What a lovely person !

Staff in the restaurant upstairs here are always super lovely when we visit. I was very grateful today when the staff from the store helped me lift my pram up and down the stairs so I could eat upstairs when the lift was broken. I had been looking forward to my lunch all day after a rough week so it's really appreciated.

Chick peas are, along with tinned tomatoes, for some inexplicable reason kept in aisle 29 with the bacon and vinegar, not with the tinned vegetables at the other end of the store. Tesco logic seems bizarre compared to other supermarkets.
Extra fun today with the poultry fridge out of order and a limited amount of stock distributed elsewhere.
Lacks the variety of Sainsbury's or Morrisons - rather piles them high and sells them not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl
