I tried to grab a takeaway drink five minutes before closing, but they were all out of alternative milk. Then I wanted a frappe for my son, but they wouldn't make it because they didn't want to do the dishes. They should just stop taking orders five minutes before closing!

Watered down coffee, tasted like it came from a Costa machine at a petrol station. Had a cheese & tomato toastie too which was kinda plain. Was excited to try this as costa had partnered with M&S, but they have failed my expectations.

I had a great experience during my visit. The barista was helpful and friendly, the food was great and as expected. Prices are high compared to other places, but that's Costa for you. I visited in the morning so it wasn't busy, a good quiet environment. Would visit again.

The baristas are really friendly and the store is nice and clean too. It?s a good space for studying! Both the iced latte and the iced tea are good drink options, especially in the summer months.However, the store could do with a refurbish.Dietary restrictions: There is a range plant based milk options

No no no. Staff are very rude and inattentive....a most unpleasant cafe. Can't recommend. Staff school children coming in. Noisy. Sitting at tables unclean and sticky. Not fair to Costa standards.Never again. They couldn't care less

I was having quite a down day and the baristas behind the counter were really friendly, chatted with me about Christmas, has Christmas jumpers on and pretty much made my day. I wish every customer service experience was like this because we would all be better off. Thank you ??
