I recently visited Costa and tried their maple hot chocolate and salted caramel frappe. While the hot chocolate was absolutely delicious, I was a bit disappointed with the frappe. It didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the hot chocolate. However, the atmosphere and service were still excellent. I'd definitely return to try other items on their menu

Given wrong drink girl not listening when taken order to busy chatting behind counter toilets really not acceptable for this size cafe one dirty toilet down dingy stairs disabled out of use I would give this Costa a miss in future as plenty of more pleasant coffee bars close by

Lovely unit, presentable at counter, and clean, polite staff, and helpful, slight issues with the state of disabled toilets, were not cleaned and maintained, tho was on same service level as toilets, some staff found to be on phones, Shame really, other then that nice little unit, could be better with changes put in place ??

Very rude staff. Everyone waiting outside and no one even cared to open the door and serve people. The time displayed on the door is 7AM and the rude ladies inside of the coffee shop replied that we open at 8AM. Update your time so we don't have to wait for you to do your job. At least that. Security guard with glasses is a pure nonce, multiple occasions I?ve witnessed him staring at women and kids then when the women would turn around he would look away! Very shameful behaviour as a representative for Costa coffee. How he still has a job I?ll never
