Unfortunately there was a KAREN in front of me complaining about the staff. Well I would like to say that the 3 young people working there were amazing. I had service with a smile an a chat. These 3 are a credit to your company

The cosy Costa Coffee tucked at the back of the Showcase Cinema is my go to meeting place for friends, cake and coffee. It has warm atmospheric lighting and as you enjoy your coffee the aroma wafts around the area which has a range of seating types. Cannot fault it - plus the easy parking outside is a massive reason for coming here.

Used to love this place but today I queued for a ridiculous amount of time because two ladies had decided to jump the queue and none of the staff corrected them. Said ladies then behaved like fussy Karens and held everyone up. No apologies, no thanks for waiting etc. Nipped in for a quick drink, would have been faster to pop home. Sorry guys, it's definitely gone downhill a fair bit

I had received an attitude from a member of staff there as I walked in to buy a coffee. God forbid you walk in with HI VIS on to buy coffee. Don't know what his problem was.
