Nice coffee shop on the outskirts of town, decent menu, nice seating area, perfect for working or meeting without having to go into the city centre. - it is a little cold down here but they are trying their best to warm it up with portable heaters etc.

I ordered through toogoodtogo. I was going to leave them 1* but then they corrected themselves so here is 4*.My toogoodtogo surprise bag was supposed to be worth 9 gbp. At first they put 3 very small dry (supposedly) cakes but it didn?t really look like a cake (check the photo). I asked if I would get a sandwich anytime I buy there through the app and they said I came last so I didn?t. I asked if the value of my bag now is 9 gbp, they said yes but after I checked prices (also even on a look on it) I saw it wasn?t close to 9 gbp. I thanked them, went outside and started to take photos of what I got because I wanted to complain and write a review. I guess they saw me I am doing it so they came out with 2 big rolled sandwiches, saying that they found some extra. It is nice that they gave me 2 extra sandwiches, value of the bag became even more than 9 gbp with it, but initial intention was to leave me with the bag with 3 small dry things. It doesn?t matter if I am first or last, I should have equal treatment like anyone else.Food was great. Sandwiches are one of the best I tried on the UK. I recommend you to try it. I am leaving them 4* just because of the initial intention but otherwise I would give them 5*.

Visited while on a buying trip for our business. It was freezing cold & parked outside & small entrance to what I later realised was.a coffee shop. I went in & was immediately greeted in a friendly manner (sadly unusual these days)) by a young blond haired girl. I ordered a flat white & 2 small brownie bites to go. For some reason flat which is very popular in my opinion is the hardest drink to make right, as can be shown in many places, they have all the gear & no idea. It started well, I wasn?t asked ?what size did I want?? Note to coffee shops flat white is normally one size. The coffee machine whirred & the milk wand was fired up not making the noise it makes when it?s been too long in the milk. A small sized cup was put out & the milk was poured with an artistic flourish on top. Brownie bites were bagged up & as I left I was greeted with enjoy your day. All good so far. I?m pleased to say (but not surprised) the coffee tasted as good as it looked & the brownie bites although small, clues in the name were very reasonably priced & probably the best I?ve ever eaten (albeit I heated it in a microwave & added some crèam later). Will definitely return when I?m next in Cardiff. Fantastic keep up the good work.

Easy to miss because it?s tucked away a bit from the station entrance, but well worth the visit. Really, really tasty bagel sandwiches, and nice strong coffee to get you going for the day. Will definitely be back ??

Strangely bohemian but at the same time alive because it has a lot of plants and it feels joyful.Very good coffee and very friendly treatment.

Nice hidden gem! Try Dirty Bagel there ?Also it's one of the not many places opened at breakfast time (before 8am)
