STAY AWAY FROM MARK BAKER CMA- Mobile Mechanics ! He will take your money and your car and then return you with a car that hasn't been fixed and that has been used for him to drink drive from the pub every night. I am aware of over 10 others that he has done this too. I have no idea how he has had 5 star reviews, as this man is a fraud!I have gone to his address and he hasn't lived here in months due to owing thousands in rent.

DO NOT USE!!!! Absolute crook. Came out to look at car, told me I needed a new high pressure fuel pump and a few other bits. Paid Mark £680 for parts. Didn't see him for a week when he said he would be there the next day, turned up and made some excuse that they'd sent him wrong seal, he then shot off and I haven't seen him since. No response to calls, messages, voice mails. This is weeks and weeks now. Went to his house, turns out he had been evicted and owes thousands in rent and I also found out that he had done similar to a string of other people, taking money for parts and then disappearing. I'm no £680 down and have a car in bits. FRAUDSTER!

Absolute superb service! I called mark told him my problem, he was very friendly and helpful. The following morning he turned up early just as he said he would to do the job. My sons car had a knocking when turning, it started on a Friday on his way home from work were were desperate to get it repaired for work on Monday. No local garages could help. I found Mark?s details on Google by accident. I am so glad I did. I called him 10.45 - he was in the area sorting out another car and arrived at 12.00. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Arranged for us to collect the parts needed for the repair while he stripped the car down. By 2.45 the car was repaired. During the process he identified the front breaks were in desperate need of repair as well and replaced them at the same time. He was really knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. A pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend him highly enough. I will be using again.Service: Brake service & repair

Found Mike on Google when looking for someone to replace a leak off pipe on my stranded transit. He came at short notice on a Sunday so I could get my van ready for the next week. Mike fitted the part, charged what he said he would, pleased with service.

I had an issue with my car draining battery overnight and I contacted Mark who replied within minutes and arranged to take a look at the car on the same day as he had other jobs in the area.Mark knows his stuff and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly and explained everything that he was doing to me.I would definitely recommend Mark and am so glad that I found him. Called Mark (CMA-Mobile Autos) out late last week. even though Mark was booked up & was struggling for space, fairplay called me back as he juggled a few jobs and came straight to me (Where some Mechs, didn't call back until the next day or even ignored my call all together, exactly what you don't need at that moment in time)I Had the car back after having an oil seal replaced and now in less than a week it failed to start. Mark worked through the diagnostics logically and methodically, so listening to him, you knew he understood the process and highlighted areas which were likely to be the cause of the issue, then to confirm his findings the VAC device he plugged into my car reported the correct error code for the potential issue. (replacement Crankshaft sensor) always good to see a logical approach to me that shows knowledge.I've been with some other mechanics in the past who read straight off the VAC or whatever software they are using and outside of that, struggle to resolve the issue. So to me I find it reassuring that the mechanic is not just throwing everything at it in the hope it fixes the issue but like Mark did, worked through the problem applying a logical stepped process.But yea, Mark and CMA Mobile auto's were great (5 star well deserved if you asked me) Mark is a great guy, friendly, professional, punctual and knowledgeable, I would recommend CMA/Mark to anyone and have already to family.Services: Electrical
