Fabulous just saw Hygeine therapist Megan .I was dreading it having a filling and clean .It was the most comfortable experience I have ever had .I won't ever dread going againAmazing experienceKaren I think also so caring and gentle Thank you both

Shocking service , was asked to hold for a moment ?..10 mins later the receptionist came back to me and after all that couldn?t give an appointment as got to ring on the day for emergencies, then asked if I could pop out of work to attend as they only give appointments on the day and I needed to have one out of my working hours ??. Well no I can?t we don?t all have jobs we can pop in and out of !I would of given it ZERO stars but had to put 1 to be able to comment .

I have recently had 3 unrelated dental problems. In all cases the receptionists were very friendly and helpful as were the dental nurses. The dentist, Harriet Redford, saw me promptly and dealt with the issues efficiently and well. My family have been going to the practice for years receiving NHS care and we have always been pleased with the results. Thank you.

I am not sure what it is with this practice but the receptionists are very abrupt and rude. I was only ringing for some information about the kind of treatments they provide and she repeating over and over ?we got a waiting list not seeing patients - email us?. I said ?i haven?t asked to join but want to find out if you are the dentist for me , the treatments you offer before I join your waiting list ? She said ?I think we will end this conversation now?. How arrogrant. Needless to say, I don?t want to join their waiting list or practice with this attitude . First impressions last and not a good impression

Excellent service! Friendly environment, always greeted with a smile. I have had trouble with my teeth in the past and since being with Clifton Dental Care, I have seen an amazing difference. I now have the confidence to smile with my teeth in photos, and always given top quality treatment! Even as a NHS patient. I would highly recommend!

My family have been patients at Clifton Dental Care for many years. The staff and dentists are always so professional and polite and welcoming. Dr Chris Pryde puts my family at ease every time with his friendly and chatty demeanor and always explains the process throughout any treatment.The care we have received has been exceptional and I can?t recommend the dental practice enough.

Hi been a patient for many years now , after changing from another practice , I must say the level of service is second to none . This is Especially the case during covid they went above & beyond to make sure we were all kept safe . I would highly recommend Chris , he goes above and beyond to fix the problem

We have been with Clifton Dental for almost 10 years now. I must say Dr Ian Morris is the best dentist in UK. You will be the luckiest person if he is your dentist. Very knowledgeable and explains what's happening with your teeth in detail and avoids drilling into your teeth unless it is an absolute necessity. So happy to have him as our family dentist.

The receptionists and all the staff are really nice, even when they are really busy. Been going to this dentist for at least 15 years, no problems with any treatment I've needed. My 3yr old also comes now and they are great with him too.

Had to have a filling replaced and the filling wasn?t done correctly by the hygienists and started breaking apart shortly after, took the hygienists three tries and they still did it wrong.Went to another dentist elsewhere who said it was done poorly and will need fixing. I also had two other teeth that needed tiny bit of work which I brought up at Clifton during a check up which was ignored and told it was all okay and they didn?t need work done, the new dentist I went to said she?ll get me sorted. Disappointed as the last experience I had was good.Receptionist I dealt with was lovely and very kind.

The receptionist working this morning on the 28/11/2022 was extremely rude. I phoned up at 9am to ask if I was still able to be seen as I had cold sore on my lip, no answer so I tried a few times then finally got an answer at 2pm. I asked the receptionist if I was still able to be seen and she told me I?d have to pay £40 as the appointment could of gone to someone else, I replied that I had been phoning all morning without any success.I asked the receptionist if she would ask the dentist and she just kept saying id have to pay the £40, which I kept telling her no I wouldn?t.I then asked the receptionist her name as she was being very rude, not letting me speak. Then she hung up the phone on me.I was very shocked and upset as I did not expect that type of treatment.I will be looking else where for a dentist as I do not feel comfortable returning to this practice. The dentist are very nice just wish the receptionist would act the same.
