Always bought from Clarks over the past 10 years, but recently had a very bad service from their sales assistant, bought one of them new comfy shoes 1 side had bad stretching replaced the left side and have been given correct size but longer then the right side and they refused to correct it, had to write to head office about it.

Ash was extremely helpful, friendly & personable. Ash suggested a wide fit maybe better suited which turned out to be the perfect fit. Very happy with our purchase and the guidance provided

Horrible service! Terrible experience at the shop in Cardiff in St. David's Mall. Very rude and insulting staff. I had a particularly bad encounter with one particular customer service rep, who displayed little decorum and honestly, does not appear to know how to speak to possible new customers. Would not recommend.

The lady who served me was excellent and then the other lady who brought the shoes to me was also very helpful both were very professional

I have been there many times and had good experiences, however my latest visit really put me off . Reached there 5:50 pm , closing time is 6 pm . The behaviour of the elderly saleswoman was not welcoming .She said we only have few minute . The young lady went to find my size and as courtesy I told the lady that I was sorry that came a bit late - she answered -Yes but we also have house to go to ? - is that the way to talk to a customer ? If it wasn?t for the kindness of that young girl there , I would have immediately left and would never go back to Clarks again !

Christian (I hope I?ve spelt that right?) fitted my child with their first pair of shoes on Saturday morning and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He brought out a nice selection of shoes in my child?s size and fitted them with care, explaining to me what they check for to ensure the shoes fit ok (including that there?s enough growing room). The shoes were in a nice box for a first pair of shoes, if you want to have them as a keepsake.The children?s section?s on the first floor - there?s a lift that will fit a buggy and a staircase if you?ve got older children.I?ve been to this store a fair few times with my eldest and always been happy with the service we?ve received. I can happily recommend this store to others for children?s shoes.

Went in today to look for some winter boots for my other half. We was greeted by Katy and had a look around. Katy was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. She made our shopping experience much better than any other shop has done before. Great team!

Great service, managed to fit us in on the last Saturday before the schools were going back. Had one pair that we wanted in stock and ordered the other which arrived within a few days at no extra cost. Both granddaughters happy with their new school shoes...

Service was good but they denied to accept the blue light card. I was in a hurry and I didn?t recheck at that time but later I realised they cheated me because it should be accepted there as per the website. Compared to Sketchers they are very genuine with the offers and I never had any experience like this. So hopefully this is the first and last visit.

I have bought Clark's shoes for years. I love them for being comfortable and for lasting for years. On this occasions I was just checking to see if there would be a pair of sandals I would buy, but there was not any that I liked.
