I just want to give Claire's boutique a huge shout out, the staff members were an absolute pleasure to speak to. As an adult male who never had any piercings before i was very apprehensive to get my ear pierced. I read all the reviews saying that it was bad but that was far from the truth with my experience. I was in and out in a flash, they gave me the right information and took care of me. It didn't hurt during the piercing and the staff were lovely.

Added on money to my order even though they had a different pricing on the website. Took out a lot of the order even though advertising on the website. Really unacceptable services. Don't trust the pricing on the website or any confirmations of the orders.

Certainly if you have young children through to Teens Claires is a great shop to take them to...they will love it and think Christmas has come again.... but I am sure many adults buy there as well. My Granddaughter loves the shop there is so much to light up a 10 year olds eyes. From All sorts of Jewellery, Hair accessories by the stand full, Backpacks, in all shapes and sizes, small and large bags. To name just a few products. If you are shopping try them and see, you won't come out empty handed especially if you have your Granddaughter with you.

Always messy here, a mission if people have a pushchair, my feet are always getting run over, nevertheless if it's coming up to closing time don't expect any piercing on ears!! There's always offers here buy 2 get 3rd free, good for the kids but I always end up above the 30 mark in this shop when I went in for 1 thing, well that's kids for you!!

I would not advise anyone to take their child/children to have their ears Pierced at Claire's accessories because they will make you choose the most expensive ear ring telling you that's what's better for your child/children's ears, then when something goes wrong they will make you look like it is the parent fault. I took my daughter there 2 days ago and I chose the 18 carat gold ear ring, I payed £70 for it, 2 days after the ear ring came off, I took my child back to the shop , I was advised to wait another week but I will have to pay another £35 for a single ear ring to be pierced again, which I didn't found fair because the lady who did my daughter's ears said "if the ear ring comes off I will automatically have it replaced if I bring the old ear ring with me which I did but was not replaced therefore bad customer services, false information given and rip off please avoid.

I find this shop to be incredibly tacky and cheap, and the products just fall apart. The store is incredibly cramped and they appear to have tried to get as many products as possible squished in. The last time I came in here many of the jewellery was on the floor (would you really want to put earrings in that had been trampled on? Surely far from hygienic). On the topic of earrings, I can never understand why so many people decide to have their ears pierced here, it's incredibly busy, and on top of that a staff member does it in the shop window (each to their own I suppose). If you're under 14 you may like this place (pocket money would cover the price of most products), if not head to Accessorize (trust me you'll thank me for it.

Claire's Accessories are the most well known accessory shop around, and boy do their prices show it. Whilst the prices are pretty steep, the quality of both the goods and service is very good, and makes the steep prices worth paying for. They have lots of stock ranging from headbands to belts. However, their ear piercing facility is to be avoided as they use a gun, and aren't professionally trained.

Selling body jewellery for your ears, belly button as well as necklaces & rings you can also get your ears pierced in store as well, some great little presents.
