Very good little restaurant
Food good however the menu was not like a normal Indian restaurant I found I had to really search for a more traditional Indian meal

Great great flavors! Awesome for take out or dining in. There?s outdoor seating as well as indoor. Great drinks! Their mango lassi is the best I?ve tasted so far. The menu is extensive offering lots of vegan and non vegan options. Really friendly and helpful staff. Awesome prices too, there?s something for everybody there.

A wonderful place, food is excellent, staff are lovely and the street food vibe is just right.
We find this place on our first night in Cardiff and enjoyed our meal so much that we went back for our second evening so we could try something else. I wish we lived closer so we could come back again!

A taste of home far from India is a welcome relief from the otherwise unique taste of the UK. Those accustomed to a more indian palate will appreciate this place. If you're in Cardiff and want to experience good authentic Indian cuisine and not just the starrdardized stuff make sure to visit this restaurant.
Service was exceptionally fast, the staff were beyond
courteous. And most importantly you realise this is a small piece of India in the heart of Cardiff.
Ample parking in adjacent parking tower and a minutes walk to the entrance and since most of the shopping zones are around this centre it is a hard place to miss.
Parking: Paid parking tower close by.

Ordered from ?Mint and Mustard Cardiff Highstreet? turns out it?s Chai Street and they have copied the Mint and Mustard menu but don?t serve anything from that menu, we got sent 2 random curries that weren?t even close to what we ordered. When I rang and ask what had gone wrong I got told it?s basically the same and if I wanted it from Mint and Mustard I should have ordered from the one in Penarth. Complete false advertising and the food we received wasn?t even nice.

i was so so anxious to go here since it was an hour before they close and i eat quite slowly, also i?m sensitive to noise so i was worried about it being too loud as well, but it turned out to all be totally okay, the staff were so kind to everyone and checked in on how everything was tasting, they helped me package my leftovers since i didn?t finish everything, and everything tasted SO good, sometimes Indian food places can feel very gentrified but you could tell that this place would have excellent food and good vibes just from entering, everything was a 10/10 and eased my anxiety, amazing
