I went to central pharmacy asked to meet the pharmacist . The staff behind the counter were extremely rude. They made it clear that they did not want to see anyone even though it was only 4 pm and each patient slot is only 15 mins long. After requesting to see the pharmacist repeatedly they told me to come back at 5pm I went back at 4.45pm and waited til 5 pm. first they totally ignored me when I asked for pharmacist they said he was not seeing anymore patients for the day. When I questioned why they asked me to come back at 5pm if they had no intention of seeing anyone they had no answer. the pharmacy closes at 6pm. The old lady behind the computer just kept giving dirty looks and then denied that she told me to come back at 5 pm. There were no patients in the queue waiting for the pharmacist. Rude behaviour liers and wasting peoples time.

Has anyone ever tried contacting Central Pharmacy? There is a telephone number but I've only ever had an answerphone msg saying they're very busy then it cuts off. This happens every time I phone and over several months. customer service is nil. This pharmacy wants to give the impression of efficiency. Well don't you believe it. it's just not customer friendly.

Central Pharmacy is impressive - they have been incredibly busy but they are always kind and polite. Most important in a Pharmacy too is that I have always found them to be professional and efficient, We are really lucky to have them on Wellfield Road, for the many people who live in the area.

Cuts all over upper lip from a wax!\\nA few weeks ago my mother went for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. She has waxing done frequently but has never been here.\\nI went over to hers for lunch the following day and when I saw here she had several cuts on her face. I asked her if the dog had bitten her and she said no it?s from the wax! I said that?s horrendous you must complain. Plus I said how on earth did they allow you to leave in that state? She said the girl who did it was really lovely and she didn?t want to get her in trouble. I said well I?m going to call them and she begged me not to.\\nEven now 2 weeks later the cuts are still visible. I?m absolutely disgusted that this has happened to my poor mother and I really think you need to be aware of this as obviously something went very wrong and there may be training needs.\\nThis is just terrible and I?m so upset that this has been allowed to happen.

There was confusion with the opening hours and my partner was left without medication. When contacted, they were extremely helpful and even opened the shop to sort out her prescription! Thank you Hailey and the owner (sorry I didn't get your name) thanks again!

Hi Hayley,Just to let you know that we have moved area so it means a new surgery & pharmacy.I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone at Central Pharmacy for the great service provided to us over the years, in good and not so good times. Feels like we've grown up with Raj and the pharmacy staff over the last 30 or so years.Please convey our thanks to Raj and everyone. I absolutely love this salon and always ask for vouchers for Christmas. Francesca is very professional and expert at what she does. There is no pressure to talk during the treatment and the environment upstairs is calm. Thank you Francesca.

A visit to Clarins Gold Salon is always a treat. Staff are excellent at what they do and the treatment rooms are pristine and calming. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend it.

Staff are so welcoming and warm. So much patience on the phone when booking and deciding on which treatment. Olivia gave me a classic manicure. She is new and she was fab. She has a lovely gentle manner and a great manicure which was really needed ! Raj you have a wonderful team there ! Thank you x nicola [ pam's daughter]
