“Really helpful shop assistants and very polite and pleasant and shop was very well presented, even though there was a chap who was in distress and needed time to decide whether the weight for the balloon should in fact match in colour as it was for his 2yr old and was making the everyone wait while he was in video call with his partner who was at home. I mean this was a difficult decision and he had only taken 20mins to decide on the candles. They were very patient.”

Their prices seemed reasonable for what we were ordering (although I don't have much to compare it with), but I think my boss mainly purchased through Browns because they were a local Welsh company within walking distance of our office. I had the pleasure of bumping into Rugena who was so cordial and really went the extra mile by suggesting the best types of paints and materials I should go with. She was thorough in providing me detail on products, she spent the best part of 30 minutes just talking to me about ideas on how my brother can complete his project. I have never met anyone so creative!! If I could give 10 stars on her service in particular I would.”

The staff always took time with me to check the scans that they got to my e mail in the correct format. I actually made friends with the staff during this very long process and they even want a signed copy of my book when published.
