Absolutely 100% happy from the time we went to the showroom to chose our car to the day we picked it up. The staff are amazing they cannot do enough for you and I have to also say the number of telephone calls we had when awaiting our car was unbelievable so kind. Our representative was Kit he is an amazing person throughout the process choosing the car, the colour etc he was fab. .

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Absolute appalling dealership , stay away from them and especially SIMON HAYCOCK ! who lies continually and then ignores your contact ! The managers are no better and cover each others lies ! Just stay away from this dealership and go elsewhere please and save yourself a whole lot of trouble

Cardiff Audi and there staff are brilliant from the time you are welcomed to the very efficient showroom and taken to the rest area where coffee, tea and cold drinks are are offered. Everyone is professional and friendly at all times. The sales executive was thorough with great knowledge and guided us to the exact vehicle I needed and really did go the extra mile. I will never hesitate but to return to this fantastic dealership in future so as to purchase another vehicle. They are the best.

Buying my new car was made very easy duemainly to Harry Penton (salesman), who made sure that the transaction went smoothly from start to finish. He helped me to set up the ?my Audi app? and also moved the child seat from the previous car into the new one. He explained things that I wasn?t too sure about. I cannot praise him highly enough.
