They scammed us
Went into the shop and explained we needed helium latex balloons for a saturday evening but would need to pick them up Friday afternoon because the party wasn?t in Cardiff. Tracey was the woman who served us and she knew the party wasn?t the day we were picking them up but she recommended the latex balloons without telling us they deflate after 6hours! I was then very disappointed when we woke up the morning of my mums 60th birthday to the balloons being on the floor. Took them to a card factory store near Redditch and they were amazing. They couldn?t believe Cardiff hadn?t told us and redid them for us. When we went back to collect them they informed us they had tested the balloons for the premium hi-float helium we paid for and there was no trace of it. They charged us £30 in helium and put different stuff in. Absolute scam.

Great range of cards, at exceptionally good prices.
Really helpful staff, especially Isobel who helped us find a particular section that had the card we wanted, which we had walked past several times.!

asked for a balloon to be inflated, took my money then 2 minutes later come back to find out the woman had over inflated my balloon and it exploded asked for a refund and the lady on the till was rude and became aggressive. 31/10/23 14:00

Lovely selection of cards, my dad was well chuffed with the card I nicked from here, the staff asked if I wanted fries with that which I had to point out that they where in fact a employee of the card factory
