I lost a crown on Thursday midday; rang the practice mid-afternoon; was offered a late morning appointment for the following Monday.When I came for the appointment I found I had forgotten to bring the crown; I was still seen and offered a vacant slot for the early afternoon; the crown was fitted and in the general checkup it was found I needed a filling. I was offered an appointment the next afternoon. In fact, with a cancellation that morning I was invited to go in mid-morning and was able to do so. First class treatment!!!

Can't get an appointment, told to call back 8am for same day appointment, when called I was told no appointments available for 2 weeks, NHS patients treated as second class citizen

Ridiculous. You cannot get an appointment whatsoever. Receptionists are rude and arrogant.

Staff are friendly. But twice I have had appointments changed/ rescheduled, I think this is not professional as new appt time was months later.

They called me and said there was a cancellation. I was work and I?ve asked my wife to pick up my son and go there quickly. She took my son and his 2 daughters from school nearly 30 minutes before the time finish. She came to the dentist 2:48pm. The appointment was 2:40pm. The reception said you are late 40 minutes we already called someone and had this cancellation. When I normally come to my appointment, I wait more the 20 minutes although I come on time.This is unfair and I will share my experience in social media as well. So everyone know how Bupa deal with their patients.

I visited Bupa Dental care today for emergency dental care. Oana, Paige and the reception team were amazing. Very welcoming and very supportive and now I have no pain and I can't quite believe it. I feel like the luckiest person today. Thank you all so much. You guys are the best.
