“We recently Purchased a garden shed from Robert Price’s taffs well department.The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase.There was a manufacturing issue with our item after delivery but the taffs well team especially Tom Cleaver dealt with everything so professionally. We were so impressed with the way they handled our issue and the level of service we received all way through.(thank you)Would definitely recommend and use this department again.”

“Well what can I say, we struggled with trying to find certain things and try to determine whether Selco had it or not.The we bumped into Kevin Varney - the most kind considerate most helpful professional individual I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet.We only went in there for a couple of things towards a bathroom and struggled to find it all - with the help of Kevin we ended up buying the the whole bathroom in there purely due to Kevin’s knowledge and expertise. With free delivery the next working day just summed up the attention to detail.Kevin Varney needs recognition- an absolute credit to Selco. Took all our head work and anxiety out of the whole process.Won’t even mention the £££££ we saved - want an absolute gent. Thank you Kevin”

“Called Travis Perkins to enquire about some cladding, a chap called Gareth answered and said they don't stock that particular make but leave it with me and I'll make some enquiries, he called me back within the hour with the price and delivery time. It wasn't the cheapest but close enough. Excellent service and went the extra mile.......... One week on I was contacted to tell me they would be delivering the cladding tomorrow, as promised, they also said they would call me to let me know when they are on their way, they did, Andrew arrived and couldn't do enough to make sure it was placed in the most convenient spot for me. Unfortunately there was some slight damage to the corner strips, I phoned Gareth and he sorted it straight away. It's so refreshing to feel you can rely on someone that does what they say they will do. Well done.”

“easy to use click and collect with a wide range of building and diy items. I usually order on the net rather than at the counter, and cycle or drive. Not many dedicated parking spaces but when i go (evenings and weekends) never had a problem in the car, and they are happy to have the bike brought into the shop.”

“Unfortunately we had to return two items today as they didn’t match. However the young male assistant who helped us check out if there was an alternative to the units we returned was a delight. He was customer savvy, very helpful and answered and explained all of our questions. I didn’t catch his name but it was Tuesday afternoon in Llanishen. He was young and smiley. Some people have just got it what it takes to be a people person.”

“I have recently come over from another supplier.Eurocell products are good quality and the prices are reasonable. I pick most of my goods up from the depot, but on occassion when I have had deliveries they have been quick and without hassle.Decent supplier, and the guys in the depot are very helpful, despite being very busy.The only small negative I found is that the depot can be so busy, its easier to go in or email through orders.”

Very happy and helpful staff during the collection process fair play to them , however on the customer payment point, the staff member was a little unfriendly, wearing gloves and a mask and decided to throw the signing pen towards my direction,which I found very odd.Maybe his people skills need improvement or just a bad day? Hence the 4 stars.”

“This has been my "local" for many years and my experience has always been very positive. Helpful staff giving a quick and efficient service (as much as is possible within the bounds of their systems), and any product issues have been quickly resolved.The parking can be congested at times as there aren't many designated spaces and they're shared with the neighbouring CEF. Having said that, street parking is within easy reach just outside the gate.”
