Redicules places.Shop closed on Friady before 6 pm.If information is saying that the store is open until 6 pm, doors should be open until 6 pm, and every costumers who enter their suppose to be serve.Especially that this is a pharmacy, not a dress shop.Costumers are coming for medicine, which are very offend mandatory for normal functioning.Pharmacist shouting to the client from behind the close door. She says that she will not serve the customer, and she can do it the next day. Explained that the pharmacy was supposed to be open for the next 6 min, that I was running from other boots, and I can not come back tomorrow because I have flight the next day at 8 am.Lady just smiled at me and said, " Is ok and that she can sort out my prescriptio the next day in the morning."There are better boots pharmacies and with understandable, helpful nice staff, who is actually willing to work.

Very good prescription service. Easy to obtain and collect my medication and the chemists are friendly.

Always such a long wait - queues to the door - I appreciate scripts need to be checked before handing across but the staff always feel the need for lengthy instructions when the patient already has the info - writing this whilst waiting, honestly could have written War & Peace

All the staff wandering behind the desk, doesnt look like they are working. The pharmacist is not helpful and not knowledgable, just wanted people to go to GP. The receptionists are not helpful. For all kinds of enquiries, they asked you to go to the big store in town as staff there can help??? LoL

This boots has been here for so long. We handed in our sons prescription for his meds. He was meant to have 50mg of the one a day but they entered it on their system as 100mg a day and gave us the pack of 100mg tablets. They even printer the label on the box as 1 x 100mg to be taken once a day. This is clearly a massive mistake to make which could easily result in an overdose and even death depending on the meds.We noticed before opening them so took them back and got it corrected.Very close call of you ask me.

Shambles. So slow to pick up a prescription.

Pharmacy extremely slow. Canna Pharmacy across the road in the car park are much quicker and more efficient.

To be served would be nice. Left in the end.

Avoid like the plague! I wouldn?t usually write such a harsh review - but with the current climate I?d avoid Boots for private prescriptions - absolute rip off. A waste of time and money. I?m currently taking Isotretinoin & aware that it?s pricey I?ve never objected, but I got fed up of them never having the full stock, and always having to come back for the rest on another day. I?ve just been to Lloyds and a higher dosage, for the same amount of pills has cost nearly half the price. To pop this off, they were friendlier, quicker and more efficient. Plus, they actually had the full stock, and were transparent about the price and checked with me before continuing filling the prescription.

Not a great experience - hearing staff talking about your prescription as if you?re not there isn?t always a great experience.

Absolutely shocking service from this particular boots pharmacy since there's been a change in staff, they are very rude and unhelpful, they do not answer the phone and have ignored my recent prescription request which has caused me to be without my monthly medication.

Not great with the social distancing rules, big queues if you are waiting for a prescription, avoid at peak times.

Very backwards laid out store. They have one queue for both the pharmacy and purchasing goods and it's not clear that this is the case. Today I spent five minutes waiting behind a woman whilst the staff explained in painstaking detail how a cough medicine worked. Only it turned out I had inadvertently queue jumped and there was actually a queue with about ten people in it whom I assumed were waiting for prescriptions. All I wanted was an off the shelf mouth wash so hence I walked out. Seriously why not get some self check out tills or something!
