A wonderful place for all kinds of second hand things. I got some useful things very cheaply. It was lovely to be able to support a charity too and get second hand things to keep useful things out of landfill. Brilliant place for all sorts of second hand items. With the passing of a relative, the opportunity arose to use some of their belongings to benefit others, we choose Boomerang because of a recommendation from an estate agent and it's a decision we have not regretted. When we phoned they quickly came out to assess what they could use ( nearly everything! ) then when they came to take everything away they were pleasant and lovely to chat with.Looking back I feel proud of using an upsetting situation and turning it around to make it a beneficial one.Phone them you wont regret it.

Bit sad really, I arranged for my 3 piece suite and other items to be collected and donated to the charity, all items where in very good condition. When they came to remove the couch,as it was a 3 seater, I was asked to pay £30. Cash as I was told the settee couldn't be used as it was to big and would have to be disposed of, which would cost Boomerang £30. So I gave the cash and didn't get a receipt? I then telephoned the office to offer some more goods that I had for donation and was informed that I would have to take them to Boomerang offices
