This store is insanely hot. The fact that you let your own staff work in that environment should be illegal. As just a customer I can spend longer than 5 minutes in this store and it?s been like this for months now. I?ll never understand why companies don?t put their staff first, you?d make a much bigger profit with happier staff.

Not the best stall, but parking good, just be careful on disabled parking make sure you put card in window and don't stay over the limits as you will get a fine as all camera up

Well stocked shop with reasonable prices but absolutely no air conditioning in the store so it's been like a sauna in this heatwave. I pity the staff having to work in such conditions

? One star ? for the sauna experience I didn?t ask for.
If you?ve ever dreamed of what it?s like to shop on the surface of the sun, look no further than B&M Cardiff Bay. I popped in yesterday hoping to grab a few essentials?and left five minutes later, dramatically dehydrated and questioning all my life choices.
It was so hot in there, I half-expected David Attenborough to appear from the aisles narrating my slow, sweaty descent into madness. My hands literally dried out while holding a basket. I didn?t know that was possible outside of a kiln.
The poor staff looked like extras in a disaster film?sweaty, dazed, and barely clinging to consciousness. And just to keep the fun going: only one till open with a queue that could rival the post office at Christmas. I put my items down and backed away like I was escaping a lava flow. If I?d stayed any longer, someone would?ve had to peel me off the sticky floor.
Speaking of which?the floors? Sticky. The shelves? Grubby. The bargains? Non-existent. Everything looked like it fell out of a Temu returns box and somehow ended up with a luxury price tag.
Unless I?m in desperate need of a warm place to hibernate come winter, I won?t be back. Although if B&M ever decides to brand this store as a budget Turkish bathhouse, it might actually make sense.

What an awful shop. The woman on the till was plain difficult. I respect that she refused to let my daughter buy nail scissors for being under 18. But when I told her I had sent her in as needed them as my toes desperately needed cutting she refused to serve me at 47 as I was giving them to her! I showed the woman text where I asked her not her wanting them. She was being a power happy cashier! But thankfully the kind lady at Home Bargins realised I was of adult age and sold them to me and my true pain of my toes nail is now over. Thank you!

Seem to arrange the store so you walk down at least 5 aisles to get to a till most inconvenient as I was on crutches due to recent knee operation.
