Amazing experience right from the start! We came in looking for a semi-quick bite to eat before catching the train out of Cardiff central. I asked the hostess if 40 minutes was feasible and she quickly sat us and assured us that we would be in and out by then. And to no surprise, we were. The staff were wonderful, food was great, and the location was splendid. Definitely worth a visit

Busy, but relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space for family and our little dog
Slight mistake with meal ordered, which they quickly corrected. Food delicious, plates emptied when finished. Thank you, we'll be back soon
Wheelchair accessibility: Step at main entrance
They do pop temporary ramp up, but only when asked. Maybe permanent ramp could be created as step not difficult to convert

Really enjoyed our visit. Wish they had Welsh draught beers, but the Peroni was great. Fish pie was fantastic, best I've had, delicious with chunks of tasty smoked seafood topped by aged Cheddar mash. Great burger too. Cheery service. Well recommended.

Very slow service, drinks were placed at least 15 minutes before ordering food but arrived after. Had to get waiters attention everytime.

Had a good mid week meal here. Food was good. Service was excellent, friendly and polite. Place wasn't too noisy which I appreciate. Will be going back.

I'd love to give all fives, but I don't want to overstate it too much, I'll never get a seat again! Food was really tasty, the staff were very attentive, even though it was busy. Price was reasonable. My first time at Bill's was a great experience. ?

Slight disappointment as all the meals on offer turned out to be of the pre-prepared and warmed up variety and couldn't be altered. Another unusual thing: the prices are actually even higher than on the menu as they automatically add a 12.5% surcharge for service when you pay the bill, which is done using a QR code! Caution is advised!
