How do you charge extra for cheese on a cheeseburger? The bun was rusty and crusty and frankly even the burger itself was dripping with grease. Soaked in it even. I've had better in Burger King and frankly that's where I'll be staying. Its cheaper too. No service charge there. What are we even being charged for? Being asked "who ordered the cheeseburger" on a 2 person table where you've already given the other person their food isn't service, its stupidity. These faux-posh places belong in the history books as a mistake never to be repeated.
And who the hell is Bill anyway? Bill's what?

Amazing breakfast options and the coffee is just great. Servers are attentive and will ask if you have any allergies straight away which though I don't have any I appreciated the awareness to check before taking orders.

Casual and cool atmosphere. Décor was contemporary and cosy. There was plenty of room at the table.

The staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly. We went for my mum's birthday, we had a spectacular meal. My burger was so juicy it was delicious.
My dad had the chicken two ways and my mum had the halloumi shwarma, I can't remember what else my family had.
We will return
Kid-friendliness: They provide colouring sheets for children colour in, and there are puzzles on them to occupy them whilst the adults chat.

My mash potato was ice cold, another person in our party asked for a medium rate steak that came out cold and well done. Some of the staff were pretty rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how they can charge in the £20 region for each meal, provide sub standard service and still be in business. There's plenty of places in Cardiff to eat that provide a decent service, have a look about!

Good service and atmosphere unfortunately a big let down for the food and drinks,
Dry burger, so dry I actually gave up eating, not ideal for £18
Coffee was burned also, to bitter to drink,
Getting a 2 outta ten as bills in bath is lovely but bills in Cardiff, no go
