I have a Sulphite allergy and beanfreaks is one of the only shops which sells Sulphite free squash!Also love all the produce in here and it is all very reasonably priced!!

This was my first choice of health stores in Cardiff. Since I was coming from Germany and was used to a variety of health stores in our cities I was looking for a place where I could get my organic food and also healthcare and hygiene products. The store owner was very nice and forthcoming and helped me to choose the right products for me.I recommend the RJ's Soft Black licorice from New Zealand which I became addicted to :-)Since I now moved over to Crete I am no longer able to visit this store but once I am on a trip to Cardiff I will definitely pay them a visit again.
