In the 4 years since we purchased a new Barratt home our en-suite has had to be repainted by Barratt 4 times and now needs repainting again ? totally unsatisfactory. Barratt only ever paint over the cracks they never address the underlying problem causing unnecessary misery to their customers. This isn?t the only problem we have had with other major defects requiring multiple visits by Barratt? and their contractors and remain unresolved to date, allowing Barratt into your home results in damage to property and possessions and they seem unable to fix problems in the houses they build. Complaints to the South Wales Managing Director just get ignored or badly typed short replies which are not fact checked. Barratt is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with they just don?t care about their customers.Services: Fan installation

Very good service from Barratts . daughter just purchased new house in Maes y Deri . St Fagans. Well done to staff in show homes very helpfull.Would certainly recommend .
