Useless and unfriendley staff whenever you come to the branch for anything they just keep saying use your online banking to make call so they can help you!!!!So what's the point for them to be there?

Bit of a queue still surprised to hear that the branch is closing in October as it always seems to be well used. This branch is in Caerphilly on Cardiff Road not in St David's Centre, Cardiff

Whenever I need any particular service I am referred to the internet that has told me I needed to go in person to the bank!Couldn?t open a business account recently either. I went yesterday to get a cash lump sum, only to be told that the counter to could facilitate this closes at 2.30pm!!! What a wasted journey into the city centre. Nobody seems to know where the correct information is. Barclays really is failing as a serviceable bank. Online is fine on a day to day basis, but any face to face requirements, and they will always be necessary, are shockingly poor.

Poor service of on-line chat!!! That can only answer few questions only!!! I visited them to resolve a problem on contactless payment they instructed to access the chat but it has no Idea of what the problem is and it's awful!!!!

Just left this branch and a older grey man might have been a manager that walked around with a tablet or laptop was very rude and could not cared less about the service he was providing ! Save to say I will not be using this branch or Barclays again .

My wife and I recently had a suspect entry on our online bank statement. We arranged a meeting with a M/s Sharon Morgan who , in the space of some 15 minutes, solved the problem and allayed our concerns. Very disappointing..\\nCalled in quickly (or so I thought) to get some information..was told to expect 20-30min wait ? Went upstairs and waited 45mins! They have six cubicles plus offices. Only two had PBs working!\\nYou'd have thought with the recent closure of the barclays in Whitchurch and all the other bank closures that there may be a slight possibility of more staff!!!\\nBut sadly no! No cashiers either! But that's not new for the city centre bank!\\nI have been with barclays 37yrs...now i think its time to take my accounts elsewhere at least 'Lloyd's for one have cashiers..
