Staff were friendly but someone who appeared to be the owner came in and was very uncomfortable to be around

A cocktail, a bottle of lager and a slice of cake before a show. Reasonable price, comfy chairs and only a few yards to stagger to our theatre seats. What's not to like?
The only independent cafe-bar in the Wales Millennium Centre with a terrace offering views over the oval basin to the water and beyond, and on those sunny days providing hours of exposure for sun-lovers.
Also have facilities for private functions.
Relaxed and informal.
