“My car needed repairing after someone had hit it when it was left parked. The other persons insurance went through Nationwide and I had a phone call from them to arrange the swap of my car to be fixed and a courtesy car for me to use.The damage to the car was worse than what was visible so it took just over a week and a half for my car to be fixed, but they rang me to give me updates and got it back to me as quickly as possible, especially considering the bank holiday!I had a lovely 2019 Corsa to drive around whilst I was waiting!The guy who dropped me car off was absolutely amazing, I couldn't ask for better service! He talked me through everything and explained the process and extra things about features on the courtesy car that I wouldn't have known otherwise.My car came back absolutely pristine, they even washed the car as well as cleaning and hoovering the inside! The paint job on it looks fantastic too and you can really see that they put a lot of effort and care into the repairsOverall I am extremely pleased with how everything was handled and if I ever have anything wrong with my car in the future I will definitely use them!”
