I called In yesterday on the off chance that I could get my aircon regenerated, they were busy but managed to squeeze me in and man I needed it today.Great staff and a great service.Would definitely recommend

Being ripped off by ATC. Replacement tyre fitting under insurance. Malcolm fitted the cheapest tyre, not like for like. Will be complaining as he wasn't willing to assist.

I visited on Friday morning (11th Aug) after making an appointment for an aircon regas. On arrival, I was advised that this issue may have been covered by the vehicle warranty, and they advised I checked before going ahead. They stated they would keep my appointment slot open while I did.It transpired the registration was not covered, and they went ahead with the work, stating it would take about an hour.They phoned me about 45 minutes later and I returned to collect the car. My overall experience was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The price for the regas was cheaper than I'd had previously paid at another garage.I will definitely use ATS in the future

Absolutely bad experience, I don't know why I've booked to do my Alignment with ATS it was Absolutely a big mistake, they told me my steering wheel is not so much out also my steering wheel was not straight while driving and the have advised to get my car checked because it was not an Alignment issue , it could be anything else but Alignment , I have taken my car to another place and they have told me it was way out so they have corrected my steering professionally and said it was Alignment issue I have wasted money for nothing.

Craig the MOT engineer, sorted out two of my cars in the same month. He spotted that the front tyres needed changing straight away ( which I knew already ) and passed the other car with flying colours, which I knew it would as I'm a careful and defensive driver.So, I can recommend these to the ladies as they are very conscientious and honest.

Because of the road conditions, I was exactly 4 minutes late. Despite the fact that the workshop is empty, they refused to perform the inspection, because they have another booking 1 hour later.
