Staff are rude my partner was at the self check out paid cash and card but his card didn?t work on the machine it?s happened a few time, so I went to the car to get cash, and while he was waiting a female worker was just standing behind him the whole time laughing she asked if everything was okay he said yes she?s just gone to the car because his cards not working, and then few seconds later asked again he was like yes all good, I get back and I didn?t have enough cash so was trying to log into my bank to transfer money over and she come over again I was like yes all fine she then says ?just checking as he?s been standing here like a Wally for a few minutes? so I just said I?m just trying to log into my bank she then come over again ! And says ? if your having trouble to pay Ill just pay? I explained it?s fine I?m just transferring money over, and she proceeds to just stand right next to us just laughing to her self over the matter, what a way to make customers feel uncomfortable! I wouldn?t go there if I didn?t have the money to pay for the items I pick up. And to call a customer a Wally because he?s waiting is just plain rude

Love the shop, terrible car park designed by a blind person, and the website offers electric charging points as a facility, of which there are absolutely none since the car park was rebuilt.

What is it with Asda staff standing around chatting amongst themselves instead of keeping an eye on things. Stood at the self check out like a mellon while 2 staff members talk nonsense. Machine is flashing and and talking but they are too busy

I used to shop at this store but all too often fruit and veg did not stay fresh until even the use by dates. The ongoing chaos getting onto the site and the complete destruction of ancient forest and woodlands for the extended parking and VCC works means I now boycott the store.

Huge shop, lovely clothing section upstairs, well worth a visit easy to park to.

Don't visit this store thst often as l am the other end of Cardiff but yesterday l came to the store mainly to visit the clothes section as they always have more choice. All l can say is the layout is fantastic and well stocked. The party wear section looked fab, although l didn't purchase anything it still looked amazing.
