Ordered via just eat Monday 11th August from this store complete wrong order was sent to my address. Spoke to Asda CS was told I?d get a refund in 48 hours, man on the phone actually asked if I could return the items to my local store even though I the customer ordered delivery for a reason. Rang the store Wednesday, was told I?d get a call back this didn?t happen, rang Thursday the online order systems were down, rang Friday was told the payment had been refunded and it may take a few working days to be back in my account- had to call 3 times. Asked if I don?t receive it what day should I call back was told Wednesday rang Wednesday was told it hadn?t been 5 working days yet, rang today still no refund. Absolute joke.

It's crap. 2 members of staff on the express check out. The scan and go was closed totally a waste of time with scan and go it should be called SCAN AND WAIT LIKE WE DID IN THE 80'S

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this ASDA on 11th June 2025 at around 7:55 PM. I went to purchase a bottle of wine and provided my valid ID when requested. Despite this, the staff member refused to sell it to me without giving a clear reason.
I genuinely believe this was influenced by racial bias, as the staff member?s behaviour was unprofessional and dismissive. It felt like I was being unfairly targeted and disrespected, which no customer should have to experience.
I?m deeply concerned by the lack of fairness and the poor treatment I received. I hope ASDA takes this seriously and investigates the matter to ensure all customers are treated with respect and equality, regardless of their background.

The most disgusting mens toilets I've ever seen anywhere in the country.
Absolutely vile.
Whoever is supposed to be cleaning the toilets here should be as ashamed as the 'men' using them.

The people who work in asda are always friendly and helpful on the shop floor, I do love the cafe staff more as i am a regular customer and always enjoy the panini and chips the staff member Angela is so lovely, friendly and a bubbly person she always makes me laugh. Its nice having staff that are as friendly and bubbly as angela is thats another reason why i like coming to this asda store.

I made the mistake of thinking that desk at the front of the store was the help/info desk. I was wrong, it's the actually the staff room because I interpreted the woman behinds the desks break, clearly from the look I got from her. My bad I guess

Asda Leckwith cafe ?. Not a good place to eat? on a Cardiff city match day.. they have decided to change their stainless steel cutlery to wooden?. And the china cups to cardboard?. Been going there for years? and to be honest the food is in decline ? not a place I would recommend

Went in here shopping.Oh my god what a mess the shop was at 1pm.I used to be a night shift manager so maybe I notice more but the shelves full of empty cardboard and just a complete sham.If I handed the store over at am like this I would be ashamed.I suppose it?s cost cutting again and online shopping maybe but come on basic stuff.
