Unfortunately , 2 very bad experiences with this branch relating to refunding items with proof of purchase and under a week old!! They will not give you your money back, !! Went after work. It was a race to get there before it closed at 8 pm. Managed with 10 mins to spare. Wondered if it would still be open and it was! Staff were friendly and helpful even though it was almost closing time. Really grateful, thanks.
