You communicated courteously and explained your charges clearly.Viv arrived at my mother's doorstep an hour later!He took the time to explain clearly what the issue was so that my mother understood clearly. He suggested possibly buying a new machine to replace the one my mother had been using for 30 years but then drilled a hole and fitted a rudimentary pull string to provide a safe and easy but effective solution to the problem. He then tested it with her to see if she cold operate it.How many tradesmen would have shaken their heads, given a sharp intake of breath and then suggested forking out a small fortune for a new machine?She may well decide to replace her ancient washing machine.
