I reached out to Perry about potentially selling our house back last year and he was extremely helpful and unbiased. I knew I could trust the advice he was giving and he made the whole process of selling so easy considering we had no clue with what we were doing! Sold my house before Christmas with Allen and Harris and the service was great from start to finish. They advised me to go to auction and the sale was quick and easy. Craig and Perry kept me up to date constantly letting me know how viewings had gone, and were readily available if I needed to contact them even on their days off.
