Arrive early? Turned away
Arrive late? Turned away
Arrive on time? Wait up to 3 hours for a bay and/or a lane to put their products into.
Staff look for every excuse to reject loads and pallets and to avoid doing any work.
Equipment is tired, shabby and borderline dangerous.
Toilet is 1 mile away from where you are working.

The staff I dealt with were nice, but the facilities and management are absolutely dreadful to the point that I'd say 1 star is 1 too many.
If I never have to deliver here again, it'll be too soon.
No driver facilities beyond a toilet - but that's not even in the warehouse, it's miles away in the gatehouse.
Self tip with knackered old equipment because they're too cheap to pay for enough warehouse staff so you have to do their work for them instead.
The hours are rubbish - 6am to 4pm for this size of warehouse is pathetic.
And good luck if you miss your time slot for any reason, they'll make you come back at the same time the following day, if you're lucky you might get in half an hour earlier, but no more than that.
An absolute joke of an RDC with a management style geared towards bureaucraric bean counting and pen pushing, rather than actually getting products in.

I've just started delivering to this store in the chill department at 1pm opening time after going to many aldi sites and I'm afraid to say this is an embarrassment to there usual high standards on arrival we are welcomed to the manager have a staff meeting while numerous drivers are waiting to get started when starting the percentage of trucks to offload your vehicle are minimal or dead and after unloading the checking is nothing short of abysmal and they will not release keys or pod till checked with numerous lorries outside waiting to get on a bay this is a message from many frustrated drivers get aldi cardiff back to the standard we are use too

I?ve been to many Aldi RDCs across the country, and none are as badly run as the Cardiff site. The waiting times here are beyond ridiculous ? not for unloading, but just to get the delivery note and vehicle keys back. After unloading, you're left sitting for hours with no communication, no updates, and no idea what?s going on.
The staff seem completely clueless. They don?t know what they?re doing, and they clearly don?t care either. There's no sense of urgency or basic respect for drivers? time. You ask for an update and just get shrugged off or ignored. It?s like they?ve never run a proper RDC before.
Absolutely unacceptable. This site gives Aldi a bad name. If you're a driver, avoid this place if you can ? it's a total nightmare.

One of the worst Aldi RDC there is. You could be hours waiting for a bay, then once you get a bay it can take hours for them to clear a lane for you to (self) tip. 2 stars because the fellas on the forklifts in the pallet yard round back are sound.

Delivered to this site quite often, at produce drivers are not allowed to sit in the truck even though you have to hand your ignition keys into office, the drivers facility is a wooden slatted bench outside the intake office in the walkway, certainly no respect here, no other facilities... Plus I have had to wait over 1.1/2 hors to unload and goods to be checked only 2 other supply vehicles here at this time...
